While your tattoo is healing, your skin may become dry. During this time, excessive movement or stretching of the skin may cause the tattooed area to crack. If this happens, it may leave scar marks rather than signs of ink loss, which can affect how beautifully the tattoo heals.
To help protect the area, we have applied a second skin film. This film adheres closely to the skin, helping protect the tattooed area from external irritation while also supporting moisture retention. If possible, it is best to keep it on for at least 14 days. However, if any part of the film starts to peel off or if water gets underneath it during use, there is a risk of infection. In that case, please do not reapply it, and remove it immediately.

You may shower on the same day as your tattoo appointment. However, to help prevent skin irritation, please use lukewarm water rather than hot water, ideally slightly cooler than body temperature.
Please keep the tattooed area well moisturized for two weeks. Apply a thin layer of moisturizer, and avoid using too much.
After about one week, the skin may begin to peel naturally. Please do not pick at it, and allow it to come off on its own. As new skin forms, you may experience some itching, so please be careful not to scratch the area, especially while sleeping.
It is best to avoid drinking alcohol. Alcohol in your bloodstream may slow the healing process and can also affect the tattooed area.
Because there is a risk of infection, please avoid saunas, swimming, and intense physical activity, and keep the tattooed area clean and protected.
Please avoid excessive heat and strong sun exposure, including tanning. These may cause discoloration or fading of the tattoo.
If you experience any unusual reactions, please visit a hospital or clinic immediately to receive appropriate treatment and medication.
