Planning your tattoo
A custom tattoo starts with a conversation about your idea. Here is what to prepare and how an inquiry becomes a confirmed appointment.
What to include in your inquiry
Describe the design you have in mind and where you would like it placed. Include an approximate size in centimetres, a photograph of the intended area and any reference images that help explain your idea. Add your city of residence and a few dates that would work for you.
You can look through the botanical portfolio or anime portfolio to point out elements you like: the flow of a floral arrangement, a particular shading treatment or the balance between several characters.
Send your idea
Use the inquiry form to share the design, placement, size and references. You are welcome to inquire even if bookings in your region are not currently open.
Discuss the design and estimate
Lake reviews the request and lets you know whether the project is possible, along with the design direction, estimated session time and price. You can decide whether to move forward after the consultation.
Confirm the location and date
When appointments are available in your region, the relevant dates are shared individually. The booking is confirmed after the schedule and local arrangements are agreed and the deposit is paid.
Which cities are available?
Availability is confirmed individually. Include the city you are in when you inquire so Lake can discuss any suitable booking window. An inquiry does not guarantee an appointment in a particular city or on a particular date.
How much will my tattoo cost?
A price estimate is provided after your request has been reviewed. Sending your intended design, approximate size and placement helps make that conversation more specific.
What happens after I send the form?
Your request is reviewed before design direction and available arrangements are discussed. Completing the form is an inquiry; your appointment is confirmed through the consultation and deposit process.
